$90K and up, Initial Visit $225 Follow up $175
$80k to $90K, Initial Visit $190 Follow up $140
$50K to $80k, Initial Visit $155 Follow up $105
Up to $50K, Initial Visit $115 Follow up $65
In most circumstances, a remedy is included with the initial visit. (Visits are currently only via zoom)
